Still rather rare on the mobile communications front, this watch phone is certainly one that stands out. The Hyundai MB-910 has narrowly pipped the LD-GD910 by a few months. However this looks to be the new battleground for the next generation of phones.

What is also impressive is the price tag, starting at a reasonable £200 (Sim Free) when it launches in June. Hyundai are trying to market this as a second phone, one that you would use if you didn't want to take your bigger phone.

The phone uses a touch sensitive system to navigate it's features and menus. A multimedia player inbuilt and an impressive 128mb for such a small device. Also boasting a USB 2.0 connectivity, a WAP 2.0 browser and an email client.

The watch looks like a divers watch and weighs in at around 58 grams, in this small package is a 400 mAh battery which can provide around 3 hours of call time and 3 days of standby.

It's not yet decided if these phones will be the best thing since sliced bread or another flop on the technology road map, time will tell but at least people now have a good first choice in the matter.
