INQ Phones

INQ Mobile started in 2008 when Frank Meehan, Ken Johnstone and Jeff Taylor decided to create smartphones that were easy to use and worked well with all the new social media programs such as Facebook,  Spotify and Twitter. Their very first phone, the INQ1, won phone of the year in 2009. There have been a few changes since the beginning; Jeff Taylor went out on his own and Ken Johnstone is now the CEO of the company.

The Phones

INQ handsets are designed for more than just placing a voice call. They are the premier social media phones on the market today.  One touch of the screen turns on the camera and another starts your music. The Mini 3G has a 2.0 megapixel camera and Twitter capabilities while the Chat 3G offers a QWERTY keyboard, GPS and a 3.2 megapixel camera. Their latest phone, the INQ Cloud Touch uses the Android operating system and is completely integrated with Facebook; it is available on the homepage of the phone.  It does more than just predict what word you are currently typing, it goes one further and predicts your next word. The Cloud Touch is available in either red or white.

What is in the Future for INQ Mobile?

The people at INQ have always understood the huge impact social media and social marketing has. As new programs and software come out that allows people to interact with each other, INQ will be sure to somehow make them easy to use and access on their phones. They do not want people to feel they are missing out on anything their friends are doing. They will continue to keep their phones easy to use while offering customers the fastest way to connect with people possible. Having an INQ phone means you can keep up with what is going on in the world that interests you.
